Estimates, quotes, and scheduling
A phone estimate is an approximation given before we have inspected the property. The binding figure is the written quote we provide after assessment. Same-day and emergency appointments are offered when availability allows and are not guaranteed for every request.
Workmanship guarantee
Our exclusion (seal-up) work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. The specific scope, duration, and conditions of that guarantee are provided with your quote and service agreement. It covers the work we performed; it does not cover new entry points created by unrelated construction, remodeling, storm damage, or conditions outside our work.
Your responsibilities
To let us do the job well, please provide safe access to the affected areas, keep children and pets clear of work zones and any traps or stations, and follow the aftercare guidance we give you. Tampering with placed devices can affect results and safety.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
